A person’s identity, or the instinctive picture a person carries in their heart, can be negatively affected by their family background. In a chaotic home neither accurate nor appreciative insights are shared, so you will not have a clear, nor positive, picture of who you are within your heart, or who you are in Christ.

As you grasp God’s radically loving plan to restore your self-worth and identity in Christ, you’ll find yourself running forward—away from aloneness and deception, into the arms of your Abba Father, ready to live out your restored identity.
