Research has shown that the greatest hindrance to church leadership teams and churches are unaddressed problems from family backgrounds. On the one hand, we can simply say these are the works of the flesh but on the other hand, saying so does not solve the problem. We will see from Matthew 18 how these problems were addressed by Christ and the radical solutions that he proposed. We will share the predictable problems of stumbled adults who come out of dysfunctional homes and how they influence church life. Dr. Eckman shares a strategy on how to address those issues.
