The 165-page workbook is designed to help the Christian achieve an emotionally rich spiritual life in the presence of God. This book is the result of over 50 years of biblical research, thousands of hours spent discipling people and many years leading seminars and classes in the spiritual life. Working through this high impact workbook will result in a deeply happy and loving relationship with God the Father through the work of Christ. You will discover how the disarming acceptance of God creates character within the Christian’s heart, and how that character is sustained by deep gratitude.
The workbook contains 12 Chapters which are broken down into 5 readings each for a total of 60 readings. It can be completed in as little as 12 weeks if one wishes to do a daily study. However, people often want to go much deeper with the study as they delve into the biblical principles referenced. In that case, one reading per week will give the group or individual 60 weeks of transforming truths to integrate into their lives. Many people have used this book with great value in private study, small group study or as a follow up tool to our seminars.
BC101 is offered both synchronously (with live teaching and a group) or asynchronously (independent study). Asynchronous sessions give you the flexibility to complete the course at your own pace.

A course on the 12 Biblical truths every Christian should know. Foundations of the Spiritual Life is a discipleship process that leads the student to live within the life of the Trinity so as to experience God as an Abba Father, Jesus as our Identity, and the Holy Spirit as our Helper. Becoming What God Intended (BWGI) has been used by individuals, churches, and organizations such as CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) all over the world for over 25 years.

Level 1: $450 ($125 when enrolled in the MA in Ministry Studies) Bisynchronous online course with access to videos to accompany each chapter of the BWGI workbook • Access to “Part B” videos that dive deeper into each topic Work on exercises and activities in the LMS that will scaffold and develop your understanding of the material • Participate in discussions and ask Dr. Eckman questions throughout the course • Join Dr. Eckman during live online meetings • Work on assignments and activities that will equip you to teach the material • Complete Assessments and receive mentoring (required for certification). • You will receive training from Dr. Eckman and the Faculty on how to teach and disciple effectively.
Level 2: $225 • Bisynchronous online course with access to videos to accompany each chapter of the BWGI workbook • Work on exercises and activities in the LMS that will scaffold and develop your understanding of the material • Participate in discussions and ask Dr. Eckman questions throughout the course • Join Dr. Eckman during live online meetings • This course is intended for those who want to be equipped to facilitate small groups and disciple others using the Becoming What God Intended workbook.
Level 3: $200 • Self-paced, • Asynchronous online study for those who want to go through the course independently.
