Modern psychology has shared insights with what can be found in Scripture. We will examine three schools of psychology, Freudianism, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and compare it to what is in the Bible. We will see that some of the insights found in psychological systems are also found in the Bible. At the same time we will explore the importance of understanding how Scripture looks at human nature and how it presents its own psychology. The Bible does contain a psychological system as we shall see.
